Sylvie was an excellent driver. We also had a problem with the accommodation provider, who had lost our villa booking and had failed to leave our key in the designated mailbox, however Sylvie waited and helped us with translations to sort out the problem. We were all very impressed by the level of service that Sylvie provided, as she waited with us for nearly an hour to ensure that we were ok. Thank you Sylvie.
