Transfer was great, thank you to the driver. The only suggestion I have was waiting at the airport it felt a bit chaotic with people waiting in a group to the side. All in all it's no big deal because we were called by name and didn't have to wait too long.

My email was responded to promptly and my issue was sorted well in time. Phone service was frustrating however. When I telephoned to report my issue, it kept saying all agents were busy and to call back later.

Very good service indeed, this is the second time I have used Shuttle Direct for the same transfer in Portugal. The journey to the airport was a little long but that was due to a no-show at one pickup, so no fault of the driver or the company. In fact the driver was meticulous in every way. I would recommend.

The only part I found frustrating and a little worrying was reconfirming my booking/pick up time. My booking number was 'not recognised' online and the telephone numbers were either "out of use" or just rang out. Eventually I got through to someone but it took up precious time I would rather have spent in the sun with friends.
