Faro office repeatedly failed to confirm acceptance of confirmation of return journeys within office hours made via the website. If I ever need to make bookings again through this provider, this comment provides pre-notification of existing mobility issues that require special handling. Also, if a return journey involving the Faro office is booked in future, the return journey is confirmed unless notice to contrary is provided by the cardholder who initiated the transaction.
The outward journey by bus was acceptable. The return journey deserves special mention. From our POV the driver was fast, but did not compromise safety at any stage (rather like my driving). I imagine that he is probably one of the best private drivers that you have available, so it may be in your interests to reward him sufficiently to avoid burnout.

Mw. T from NetherlandsServicescore : Een van de medereizigers was wat moeilijk te been. Hij had redelijk wat bagage mee, waardoor hij niet snel kon lopen. Het lijkt mij logisch dat als iemand hulp nodig heeft, dat de chauffeur dan te hulp schiet. Dit was niet het geval. Hij liep snel door en stak geen hand uit om te helpen. Uiteindelijk heb ik het zelf gedaan, omdat ik het gewon niet meer aan kon zien.

A miscommunication which meant we had to return back to the airport from the motorway to collect someone who wasnt even there. However, aside this everything was fine.

Bit worried when the driver didn't recognise the address we were going to! we said Porches, but the local area was actually called Alporchinos, but we only knew that a day after we arrived! Pick up was 10 mins after the time stated, which was a bit worrying at 6.40 a.m.
