Mr M from United KingdomI booked a taxi to drive me from Bucharest airport to Predeal (about 2 hours) after my flight arrival at 00.20 last Saturday. When I emerged from customs at about 1am, my driver was not there, and when I called he told me his car had problems and the company could not send another driver. So I was stranded at the airport at 1am. It took me until 3am to find another taxi to take me to Predeal, and cost quite a lot (which I have asked Shuttle Direct to refund, I don't know whether they have done this yet). The whole experience was very stressful and unpleasant. I would discourage anyone from booking with this company.
