This service was provided to us despite the fact that we arrived over 3 hours later than scheduled. I had telephoned the office as soon as I knew that our flight was delayed and they said they would monitor the flight.

On our return journey, the driver picked us up at the exact time that was scheduled and dropped us off just outside departures. Overall, a five star service. I will definitely us Shuttle Direct again and recommend them to family and friends. Thank you for your service.
