Mr A from IrelandOur driver collected us from the airport and brought us to our destination. He then communicated with our host and waited with us until she arrived to unlock our appartment for us. This service was provided to us despite the fact that we arrived over 3 hours later than scheduled. I had telephoned the office as soon as I knew that our flight was delayed and they said they would monitor the flight.
