Ms M from IrelandInitially there was an issue with time of flight and pick up time but they corresponded with me promptly and it was fixed after a period when I eventually rang the office. The lady on the phone was extremely efficient and helpful. The driver on the day was punctual extremely helpful with luggage a getting a trolley at the airport. He also was kind enough to offer us some water. He was very caring torwards my mother and I especially my mother who has advanced arthritis by helping her out of the car. I will use again next year for both journeys to and from. However I would phone my booking in instead if that's possible as I feel it's more efficient and I like to get to airport before advised pi ck up time.
No major issues. Good price for service provided. Driver again was extremely punctual. He was considerate and caring and extremely well.

Left the airport quite quickly and the journey time was very good. Driver coped well with the coach given some problems he had. Thought the coach was going to give up at some stage but it got us to the hotel ok. Despite the little hiccup I would still recommend them.
