Drivers are always very pleasant however on two occasions I felt they drove far too fast and sometimes whilst talking on a phone!! We like the using service but maybe we should say something to the driver as we always have plenty of time to arrive at the airport so no need to rush !!
Ms D from BelgiumThe online process was not straight forward and involved contact by email. Instructions for time are included in a voucher which involves making a call to a provider. This is not clear. The provider's line was engaged and I finally got through only half a day before my departure. I finally confirmed by email which was fine. Customers are requested to print out a copy of the voucher but when you are travelling this is not always easy or even possible. The whole CRM process needs evaluation and upgrading.

Perfect service! Driver waiting for us at the airport on time. Transfer made by new car (19000km). Return transfer: driver came 20 min earlier and wait for us. Help us with the luggage of course. Have a 2 child seats on board but I used mine
