Drivers are always very pleasant however on two occasions I felt they drove far too fast and sometimes whilst talking on a phone!! We like the using service but maybe we should say something to the driver as we always have plenty of time to arrive at the airport so no need to rush !!
Ms D from BelgiumThe online process was not straight forward and involved contact by email. Instructions for time are included in a voucher which involves making a call to a provider. This is not clear. The provider's line was engaged and I finally got through only half a day before my departure. I finally confirmed by email which was fine. Customers are requested to print out a copy of the voucher but when you are travelling this is not always easy or even possible. The whole CRM process needs evaluation and upgrading.

Ms J from United KingdomOriginal booking no problem, but it seems impossible to arrange the pick up time by email and it was difficult to get through by phone. I also needed to do this on a Sunday. If I hadn't done this before and understood that I would eventually get through and that doing it only 24 hours ahead was ok, I would have found the experience very stressful.
Pick up arrived 10 mins early and the driver was very helpful and polite. I had the transport to myself and have not yet experienced a multiple pick up.

I was very pleased with the transfer from faro to isla canela. I confirmed my return transfer 48 hours in advance. Because of the one hour time difference I had a discussion with the guy in faro. I told him I needed to check in at faro airport at 9am local time so needed a pick up at 9am spanish time thereforearriving at faro at 9am portugal time. The taxi failed to turn up and I was forced to take a local taxi to the airport. I called shuttle direct who disputed my booking and so I am out of pocket

I have used shuttle direct many times for the journey between Faro and Ayamonte and have never had any problems.
Easy to book online before leaving the UK and now possible to confirm pickup times online (saving the tension of trying to get through to the Portuguese Greenbus office by phone the day before flying home!) As there were only 2 other passengers to pick up on the way to Faro, Greenbus sent a car rather than the usual minibus. The driver was friendly and helpful, arrived early at the pickup point. A comfortable and quick journey to Faro. I have used shuttle direct many times for the journey between Faro and Ayamonte and have never had any problems with Greenbus (the local operator)

Information on website clear. I want to praise Charlotte for helping me out on numerous occasions especially as we changed our pick up on departure. She sorted everything out for me and really deserves praise. Return driver excellent. Came bang on time despite a 5:30 am start. He also spoke excellent English. Driver from airport got lost on way to resort and couldn't programme Sat Nav and make us late for our meet and greet service though!
