The coach was modern and the driver helpful and pleasant.
2. Departure: Two days before departure I received an email advising of pick up point and collection time.
The coach arrived on time and was driven by one of the friendliest and helpful people I have ever met. He was a gentlemen.
Both journeys were pleasant experiences and good value.

Only negative would be the administration charge for changes/postponement. Could deter me from booking with this company.
