J from GermanyMan muss ein oder zwei Tage vor Abreise eine Service Nummer anrufen um die Abholzeit zu erfahren. Ich hatte erst auf eine Email gewartet, man muss eben den Voucher genau lesen.

Herr I from SwedenTrots försenat flyg stod en man med namnskylt och väntade. Med taxi tog han oss snabbt och enkelt direkt till hotellet.
Vid returresan till LPA fanns transporten på plats i god tid och resan gick även nu direkt till LPA

I managed to change return transfer before we went but not our arrival transfer, I explained this at the counter and they told the driver which was not a problem. We had a coach (sometimes a minibus) which again was no problem. dropped off at our hotel. Pick-up was on time and dropped off at the airport efficiently.

F from ItalyServizio molto buono ed efficace ti lasciano proprio davanti all'hotel prenotato poi basta chiamare(se si vuole tramite la reception dell'hotel un giorno prima dell'check out)e verrà dato l'orario ed il punto di incontro(meeting point)e all'ora prestabilita il conducente viene a prenderti quindi servizio molto buono e non costa niente(una volta fatti tutti i passaggi per riservare il pacchetto ci sarà questo passaggio per aggiungere il servizioA/R per l'hotel e viceversa)consigliato vivamente. Per finire congratulazioni per l'ottimo servizio (ricordo che la mancia è libera non obbligatoria)
