F from ItalyServizio molto buono ed efficace ti lasciano proprio davanti all'hotel prenotato poi basta chiamare(se si vuole tramite la reception dell'hotel un giorno prima dell'check out)e verrà dato l'orario ed il punto di incontro(meeting point)e all'ora prestabilita il conducente viene a prenderti quindi servizio molto buono e non costa niente(una volta fatti tutti i passaggi per riservare il pacchetto ci sarà questo passaggio per aggiungere il servizioA/R per l'hotel e viceversa)consigliato vivamente. Per finire congratulazioni per l'ottimo servizio (ricordo che la mancia è libera non obbligatoria)

L unica osservazione che posso fare è di migliorare la gestione della comunicazione dell’ora di ritrovo per il ritorno. Essendo stranieri abbiamo sempre un po’ di timore però devo dire che la navetta è stata puntualissima e l’autista molto gentile.
Ho già utilizzato questo servizio a Palma di Maiorca e in entrambe i casi mi sono trovata benissimo. L unica osservazione che posso fare è di migliorare la gestione della comunicazione dell’ora di ritrovo per il ritorno. Return journey was running early, and unfortunately involved waiting around in the bus for ten minutes plus - not for passengers to arrive, but to ensure we weren't too early for the next pickup. Perhaps traffic was lighter than expected? Anyway, better than running late! Recommended.
