Transfers were in large minibuses with comfortable seats, professional drivers, and were efficient. Our inbound flight was 40 minutes early but our driver was waiting. The return was also efficient with the driver arriving about 5 minutes before the pickup time. It’s definitely a service I will book on future trips.

The bus came 15 minutes late, but transfer was ok.

Not impressed by the £10 admin charge to cancel, as it was equally Shuttle Direct's "fault" that I could not travel - they could not have provided the service had I travelled. And the airline paid back all my fare, a far larger sum, without any charge.

Mr H from United KingdomI'm usually happy to leave 5 stars but unfortunately this company did not deliver. Private transfer from the airport was put on a bus with others. And the pick up never happened. Almost missed our flight home due to their incompetence. Customer service are non existence and well and truly out of pocket now..
AVOID AT ALL COST
