The service from the transportation company was excellent. The driver was very helpful and informative given this was our first trip to London. My only issue, and this has nothing to do with the service, is that it was difficult to find the driver in the reception area with so many people standing around with signs. Heathrow needs a better system.

Föraren var ej på plats när vi anlände till flygplatsen. Efter ett antal telefonsamtal fick vi till ****, efter 20-25 min, efter hänvisning i telefonen gå och leta igen honom.....
