The service from the transportation company was excellent. The driver was very helpful and informative given this was our first trip to London. My only issue, and this has nothing to do with the service, is that it was difficult to find the driver in the reception area with so many people standing around with signs. Heathrow needs a better system.

Ms S from ArgentinaIt went great in terms of timings and logistics. However the driver did have some distractions when in the road and had to push the breaks rather abruptly once (he was eating). Also there was a smell in the car (my guess is lack of deodorant which can be tricky in a 1 hout ride).
