Both transfers from airport to hotel and return went well on the part of shuttle direct. Text messages received prior to pick up with name of driver each time. This was very reassuring. On time, friendly and professional. On return to
ciampino airport a biking event had closed main route and we were stuck in traffic for half hour so advise to leave plenty of time for transfers. Will definitely use shuttle again.
