Then upon our return he met us at water taxi station at 3:45 am with open arms and a smile. Lurie made our trip experience so much more enjoyable. We didn't have to worry because we knew he was going to take care of us.

Estaban en el punto de encuentro a la hora acordada, y en nuestro caso eran 2 vehiculos ya que el transporte era desde Venecia al aeropuerto de Treviso. Nos recogió un water taxi, que nos dejó en tierra donde ya nos esperaba otro vehiculo para llevarnos al aeropuerto. Todo genial. Simplemente, perfecto.
Servicio de transporte puntual. Estaban en el punto de encuentro a la hora acordada, y en nuestro caso eran 2 vehiculos ya que el transporte era desde Venecia al aeropuerto de Treviso. Nos recogió un water taxi, que nos dejó en tierra donde ya nos esperaba otro vehiculo para llevarnos al aeropuerto. Todo genial. Simplemente, perfecto.

Mr R from United StatesGetting to your accommodations in Venice can be very tricky, as there are unavoidably three steps: from airport to water taxi, water taxi to drop-off, walk to accommodation -- and then the reverse for getting back. Our Shuttle Direct drivers/porters did an excellent job of getting us through this process with only very minor hiccups along the way -- they were very professional, on-time, and had strong communications skills that made this otherwise daunting part of our trip much less so than if we were trying to make these arrangements ourselves.

All correspondence including vouchers was easy to understand and print. It made our journey so much easier not having to hunt down transport once landed after 22 hours on planes. Highly recommend!
