Mevr D from NetherlandsWe werden netjes opgewacht door een vriendelijke mevrouw die ons naar buiten begeleiden waar de auto zou heen komen. De chauffeur was erg vriendelijk en gaf ons nog wat tips om te bekijken in Lisabon.
Het was een makkelijke website om aan te geven hoe of wat. Er werd alleen gevraagd hoe laat ik wenste opgehaald te willen worden i.p.v. mijn vliegtijd. Ik vulde dus hierdoor mijn gewenste tijd in met al doorberekend hoe laat ik op het vliegveld moest zijn. Toen bleek dat jullie dat al deden en klopte mijn ophaal tijd niet. Er werd snel gereageerd op deze fout en het werd aangepast.
