Again excellent price, service and stress free journey to destination.
Ringing for Pick up time was the only criticism - was on phone for 35mins waiting for a customer service representative but again the staff were pleasant and once I had my pick up time was quite happy.

Travel from airport to destination can sometimes be a bit of a waiting game until all passengers to board shuttle arrive. Pick up has always been on time, and once again the drivers have always been most helpful and courteous. I would recommend Shuttle Direct as an excellent choice for transfers to and from destination.I hope this is carried forward.

Had to wait for about 30 minutes for a passenger who did not show at Faro airport. On the return journey the driver arrived about 10 minutes early which was excellent but we ended up waiting for another no show on the way which add an extra 15 minutes to the journey. We did arrive at Faro airport 2 hours before the flight so that was good. The vehicle about an 8 seater was comfortable with air conditioning. Will definitely use again.
