Nothing could further ne from the truth. They were on time, an excellent service vehicle awaited us and only for us, no other passengers as I booked this service.
Even when I double booked by mistake and consequently paid twice, the support was excellent, and the money was refunded the very next day. The drivers were both efficient and courteous.
I would highly recommend them.

For the return journey I asked the hotel to contact the company to check they were still coming at the arranged time and the driver was half an hour early and again got me to the airport in around 1hr 50mins

Vi gav chaufförerna dricks men chauffören som körde oss från flygplatsen till Alanya blev lite otrevlig och ville ha mer dricks. Chauffören som körde oss till flygplatsen var trevligare.
