We booked transfer from Terminal 1 but arrived at T2 (Antalya)-changed without notification by Thos Cook Airlines ,however our taxi was waiting for us at T2.First class.

Ms J from TurkeyMy Booking for first time it was very good, but my second booking shuttledirect ( Ankara - Airport Esenboga) was very bad and I am disappointed. After accepting the total amount of TL 90, I payed with my credit card and you confirmed me that you charged my credit card with 107 EUR, which has not previously contracted like amount ( 90 TL) . After that I canceled this booking. This is definitely not fair and it is called fraud.

Arrival was delayed 40 min. We have appeared at arrival exit about one hour after scheduled arrival. Noone was waiting for us with my name on the board. Total mess. After asking around, we found two men who confirmed that they represent Shuttledirect. After waiting for about 30-40 min, we were directed to a parking area where a car was waiting. Driven picked up another two passengers from teeminal 1. Finally we arrived safely to hotel around 0:30.

I received a new confirmation with new time but when we arrived to Antalya no transfer. After calling the company a transfer arrived 45 minutes later. Company had not got my change of time!!!

Produkt : Privattransfer bekommen, obwohl ein Gemeinschaftstransfer bestellt war (preislich somit 1A). Leider hat uns der Fahrer, aufgrund der nicht bekannten Adresse auf der Shuttle direct-Internetseite , nicht gefunden und es kam somit zu 30 Minuten Verspätung (er hat uns aber angerufen und stand dann telefonisch mit uns im Kontakt). Der Fahrer war sehr freundlich und die Fahrt angenehm.
