We were picked up and delivered to Kaleici old town right in front of our small hotel. We were told that not all transfer companies deliver you to destinations inside the old town.

We booked transfer from Terminal 1 but arrived at T2 (Antalya)-changed without notification by Thos Cook Airlines ,however our taxi was waiting for us at T2.First class.

After accepting the total amount of TL 90, I payed with my credit card and you confirmed me that you charged my credit card with 107 EUR, which has not previously contracted like amount ( 90 TL) . After that I canceled this booking. This is definitely not fair and it is called fraud.
