Driver was polite and courteous, was a bit hesitant about going across the mountains as had been warned that Turkish drivers can drive a bit erratic, but needn't have worried, our driver was very considerate, and we thouroughly enjoyed our scenic drive. Top Class. Thankyou Shuttle direct

On the way there our flight was severely delayed but shuttle direct were still there waiting for us much to our relief. On the way back we had a lovely driver who was very punctual and polite and pointed out places of interest. All in all a brilliant service and will definitely use again

Mr A from United KingdomWhen filling in the website details of the flight details, these were not transferred to the booking info sent to the provider. I therefore had to have a follow up email interchange to provide this info again.
Transfer was good. Confirming the return time of the transfer was difficult and not supplied on the original voucher. When I contacted the local representative 2 days before the return date I was provided no info and told call back the on only the day before the scheduled date!
Also I was difficult to identify the actual local transfer coach, as they did not show a Shuttle Direct sign, so we could easily identify them.

We had to ask another company to ring shuttle direct for us as no mini bus waiting when we arrived, we then had to wait for them to come and pick us up. But mini bus back to Izmir couldn't fault it, arrived on time.

The driver does not know the location of our resort centre neither the route to take. He relied solely on asking strangers along the way coupled with some element of guess work. This made us (two families of nine people) highly apprehensive which is not the kind of feeling you want when coming to Turkey for the very first time. Note that we had to travel from Bordon airport at night time (10:40 pm - 12:05 am).

WE were told to go to the exit to find the driver with our name but we couldn't find him anywhere. After telephoning we were told to go to desk 25 (why they couldn't have put that on the email, I don't know!) then there was no-one at desk 25 and the driver arrived saying he was waiting for us at the exit - he most definitely not at the exit where we came out.

The pick up from Bodrum,the driver did not wait or have anybody waiting in the terminal to point out where the shuttle buses were,we eventually found it.
The return journey from the CLC Apollonium to Bodrum,I called on the Saturday 28th to be told that our pick up from reception would be at 11am on the 29th.We were at reception from 10am,11am no driver waited to 11.10am called to find out where he was told that it would be 10 mins,this came and went called again and was told it would be another 10 mins,the bus turned up 1 hour late,not happy with the return service.This was a shame as it spoilt the end of our holiday,
Mr M from United KingdomThe web site was easy to use, but I am not so confident that bookings are passed on correctly to the third party (the actual taxi company or bus company).
We were expecting a driver with our name on a board to be waiting for us at the arrivals as promised in the confirmation.
Our flight was on time, but despite this there was nobody there for us. We checked everywhere, asked around the taxi ranks etc. but "turgutreis tours" were nowhere to be found. After waiting in the heat for around 45 minutes we managed to get somebody to phone them and they then directed us to a man with a mobile phone in a bus stop . They promised us that the car was on the way, but it was a further 1 hour before an unprepared driver turned up for us. This was a totally unacceptable start to a Holiday that we had pre-booked some time before and paid for in full. It is the last thing we wanted, having to wait outside the arrivals terminal at an airport in the heat and humidity after a long journey with children. Very poor, even though the return journey was no problem I am very unhappy.
Mr M from United KingdomVery little information is given regarding the shuttle company being booked on, the type of services offered, and what to expect when on the ground. It's all a bit hit and miss. The website also offers very little customisation.
This was one the worst experiences I have ever had.
On the outward journey our flight was delayed by around an hour, the shuttle company was no where to be found. After eventually making contact, they made us wait over 2 hours for another 2 groups to arrive. So we arrived at our destination almost 4 hours later than planned.
On the return journey, they picked us up dreadfully early (3am) citing other pickups as the reason. On the day it was just us in the van, so I can't fathom why it had to be so early. The driver couldn't speak English, insisted on playing horribly loud Turkish rock music (at 3am!), and was also smoking inside the van which had no windows for the passengers, only aircon. And just few miles out of the airport he stopped the van so he could rest his legs and have another cigarette. Really considerate guy!

There was no one to meet us at the Airport when we arrived. We had to wait 2 hours before getting transfered and then when I rang to find out our pick up time I kept being told to call back in an hour. Eventually we were told we would be picked up at 6pm but when no one had arrived at 6.20 we rang the company again and they said they had told us 6 - 6.30 but they had also spoken to the Receptionist and told her 6pm also.
I would never use the company again as they are totally unreliable.
