We have always had a great service with the reminder text and calls .i would recommend shuttle direct 1st for all transfers.

He was a great driver and dropped us at our accommodation. 2 days prior to pick up we had a call to confirm address and time of pick up. (7.27!) The driver was waiting for us before the agreed time. Again a nice clean car and good driver. Can’t recommend enough and would use again.

Ms M from SpainNot impressed that no one was there to meet my flight and that my booking was lost. Nevertheless, when your driver finally turned up 45 minutes later she was a very nice lady and I had a "private transfer" to my door in a nice, clean car. She saved the day.
