How will we find our transfer service at the airport? Upon completing your booking, we’ll email you a voucher with detailed instructions for where to meet your driver. The chosen location will always be easy to find; depending on the airport, you’ll either find your driver at the reception desks, in the arrival hall or at a designated coach bay. If you cannot find your driver for whatever reason, there’s no need to worry: your voucher also lists telephone contacts that are available 24/7. All you have to do is call – you’ll then receive clear and helpful information regarding your driver’s whereabouts. Thorough instructions? Check. A back-up plan? Check.
