    We were really unsure what comapny ti use for private transfer as weve never used one we did our research and saw lits of companies with bad reviews, fanikys bot veing picked up losing miney. This conpany had good reviews so we took a chance. The bus was 10 mins later than us coning out from collecting our bags at reus, they did however message to let us know so this was absolutely fine. Return journey we were picked up from our door 2 hours later than we would have left with oackage holiday coach. This let us sleep longer and we were on airpirt in time but no waiting around for hours on end. The van was clean and had aircon, no other pick ups or drop offs and driver helpful and polite. We would definitely use again

    Very good service, we always use shuttle direct. Our daughter was traveling for the first time but her flight was delayed and she arrived very late at Barcelona. A girl of FROM2 called her and she explained where to go and where they should meet. We were very relieved (as parents) she made it onto the bus. Thanks for this great service. We recommend everyone to use shuttle direct (FROM2)

    Company representatives were knowledgable and courteous.
    Drivers were pleasant. Hotel drop off was perfect. Airport drop off was as close as bus could get to the terminal entrance.
    Collection time for going home was in good time to allow us get to the top of the queue for check in. Coaches were comfortable and well air conditioned. Will certainly use the service again so long as price remains competitive. We were 2 families (10 persons in total).

    We booked a transfer from Barcelona airport to Salou as we weren't sure how regularly busses went etc, there was someone there to help us get to where we needed to go, called our names and brought us to our hotel.
