    Hi my husband and I along with our 14 year old grandson had booked an airport transfer to Son Bou we found it very easy to locate the travel desk in the arrivals area the girl who dealt with us was very pleasant and quickly sorted out our transfer informing us where to get our bus which was great. the bus arrived very quickly and took us along with a few other passengers to our accommodation. The return transfer arrived on time as stated. I would not hesitate to book shuttle direct again when we return to Menorca
