To start off with he was early, he then started making a journey to the bottom of a hill to pick up half our group and then insisted on loading, unloading and stacking our cases on an airport trolley

Our driver was fabulous and very understanding as our address at the resort was incorrect. Again the service was adjusted to accommodate our error without any hassle. Our inbound journey was also seamless, with excellent communication from Shuttle direct to check the address - even using a google pin to be 100% sure. On time, courteous and trustworthy. Thank you Shuttle Direct you were perfect!
