Twee keer keurig op tijd opgehaald door een nette chauffeur. Er werd een dag voor vertrek nog een sms gestuurd ter bevestiging. Dat was wel prettig want we hadden de volgende dag een vroege vlucht.
Fr. K from GermanyZunächst hatte ich Probleme mit meinem Web-Server. Shuttle direct hat mir aber wunderbar geholfen, so dass ich letzendlich im 2. Anlauf die Buchung problemlos vornehmen konnte. Ich habe das Unternehmen bereits weiterempfohlen und werde es demnächst wieder zur Buchung benutzen.
Die Abholung hatte sich etwas verzögert. Nach einem kurzen Anruf im Innsbrucker Büro wurde ich aber sofort beruhigt und wenige Minuten später war der Fahrer da. Der Service war erstklassig, die Koffer wurden mir abgenommen und es wurde mir sogar eine Flasche Wasser angeboten! Bei der Rückfahrt erfolgte die Abholung auf die Minute genau (die genaue Uhrzeit wurde mir einen Tag vorher per SMS übermittelt) und der Fahrer war ebenso freundlich.

Along with other passengers we arrived at our destination. For our return, I received a text conforming the pick up time, our driver was on time and again great service.
