We had to change location and hotel twice on our booking and each time we sent an email and within minutes our new booking and pick up details were sent back to inbox..

The return journey was very efficient. An email arrived giving time and place a couple of days before departure. The bus was prompt and the travel quick.
An excellent experience and would use them again.
