We were taken to an air conditioned car and the driver proceded to load all our luggage.
We arrived at our hotel having been driven courteously and comfortably.
The return driver arrived at our hotel 5 minutes earlier than the pre arranged 9:13 and then proceded to wait for us for 20 minutes with no fuss, but just being concerned that he did not want us to be late for our check in. We arrived in good time in similar comfort as before.
Shuttle Direct was very good as the website allowed me to make a next day booking, whereas another very well known service wanted two days minimum.
