Only negative was it took nearly two hours to get to my hotel - due to all the stops (unfortunately I was last one that day!). However on my return journey, I was one of the last to be picked up, so a much shorter journey! Overall, very pleased with service and efficiency - and mostly cost (£9.98 return!)
