On the day of arrival we didn't get a coach (which is what we paid for) but were pleasantly surprised to have a car we shared with one other couple. The gentleman who met us at arrivals, the driver and the return driver were really excellent - friendly, good-humoured and very efficient. The confirmation call to the office for the return leg was easy and again, a car just for ourselves brought us back to the airport in lots of time for our departure. I would highly recommend this company for its service. Excellent.

The driver was not waiting for us in arrivals, but after calling the main line, they told me he would be there in 5 minutes. In about 2 minutes, the driver came inside. He was super friendly and helpful. The return journey was absolutely fine, nice driver again and he arrived early. Both vans were clean and comfortable and journeys went without any problems. I would definitely book again.

But the very helpful and friendly agent contacted me by phone to guide me to the right spot. They spoke good English too. The bus left on time and took us right to our apartment block. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this company.
