Ms J from United StatesThe website was easy to use once I realized that I had to select the city of Frankfurt from the drop down menu before I could enter my hotel address.
The driver was very helpful and suggested restaurants in the area. The only thing that was odd was that we were transported in a black unmarked van. However the driver did wear a shuttle direct t shirt which was professional.

We were waiting at the meeting point in Frankfurt airport and our driver was waiting somewhere else. All worked out okay in the end.

Mr M from BrazilImpossível avaliar pois devido à atraso na imigração (haviam filas que demoraram mais de 1 hora), quando saímos na área de desembarque não encontramos o motorista. Foi tentado contato com telefone da empresa indicado no voucher, a qual informou que o motorista esperou 1 hora, e foi embora, e que no horário em que fizemos o contato telefônico ( por volta das 19h) a empresa não tinha mais motorista disponível. Houve falhas, sim, de ambas as partes, apesar que nós não tivemos responsabilidade no atraso do atendimento na imigração. Como não foi prestado o serviço, tampouco dado atendimento esperado quando solicitamos através do contato telefônico, com a simples resposta de que não tinham motorista disponivel, não tenho como avaliar o serviço, por isso a nota mínima.

Ms R from United StatesThe whole process was confusing and unclear. All I received was a voucher for a third party company with no details about arranging a pickup time.
I tried to find this company on the Internet to email them to request a pickup time. I received an email from the website saying they had no knowledge if my reservation. At a dead end, I took a taxi to the airport.
Once I'm back in the US I have a voicemail from my hotel saying my shuttle was there!! With no communication from the shuttle company to me directly!
Terrible.
There is no clear way to arrange a pickup time. This is the most important issue, the whole reason you schedule a shuttle-to be picked up.

Y no me devolvieron lo que pague, me descontaron dinero 20 por ciento , me parece un abuso siendo que avise con tanta anticipación, un servicio no usado free cancelación. Solicito restitución total del importe pagado. Gracias
