Our driver from the hotel was excellent he arrived earlier than the pick up time and even showed us an awesome view of the city you would only know was there if you really knew Rome can't fault the service we recieved one bit, the driver who picked us up from the airport when we arrived was prompt and got us to are hotel quickly as we landed latish

Our flight was delayed, so we were worried our driver would not turn up. We had further delays with our luggage, I texted to let the driver know about this and he was waiting for us as promised despite us being nearly 2 hours later than we should have been. Likewise, our return transfer was excellent. The same driver collected us from the hotel bang on time and was as polite and helpful as he was during our first transfer.
