Just 3 days before our journey date, we decided to extend our stay by 1 more day, so called ShuttleDirect to change the date of our shuttle journey date. They promptly changed the date without any hassle. Two days before the actual journey date, we are supposed to call on a number to confirm the exact pickup time. Accordingly we called them 2 days beforehand. Our flight departure time was at 11 AM, so we were given a pickup time of 8 AM along with the pickup location very near to our holiday apartment in Benidorm. On the actual journey day, the bus picked up on time (around 8:10 AM) from the given location and dropped us at the airport at around 9:10 AM giving us enough time to complete the checkin process. Overall satisfied and happy with the experience

After we landed at the airport and collected our luggage, we went to the transport service desk where they already had the list of all passengers booked for that day. The lady on the desk quickly searched our name and gave us a printed slip and asked us to go to stand no. 3 which is just outside. A bus was waiting at that stand and we just had to show the slip to the driver who collected our luggage and kept it in the luggage storage area of the bus. After a few minutes, the bus departed and dropped us at our destination. No hassles whatsoever..
