Driver going to Boulogne-Billancourt was really nice and helpful very polite told us about Paris as we past buildings etc. Driver going back to Airport was on his mobile couple of times whilst driving which was worrying but really polite and helpful. All pick ups on time already have you booked for other holidays many thanks

Grazie all'anticipo con cui avevo prenotato il taxi sono riuscita a non perdere l'aereo! Inoltre avevo sollecitato il seggiolino per mio figlio di due anni, ma in due viaggi non è stato predisposto! Penso che sia molto pericoloso ed anche passibile di multa... Comunque servizio puntuale.

Mr s from SwedenWe arrived 20 min late with our flight, my first thought was that i was lucky to have a driver waiting for us at arriving so we could go right away to Paris. To my surprise there was no one waiting for us, despite that we were 20 min late.... After 15 min searching for our transfer I called your service desk +33 178 90 26 11 to ask where my transfer was. They told me there was a problem with the parking, but the driver should be there in 5 minutes. After another 15 minutes of waiting i can see a driver coming walking towards us from the public parking. He told us it was to expensive to Park outside the arriving hall so we had to walk with him 400m to the public parking where the car was.... Also, the first 25 min of driving was on backroads just to reduce the cost of roadstolls. I know this because i've done this trip several times.
It's just too much to comment...
Now to the return fare.
This morning 15 may we were up waiting outside our hotel for our private transfer from Shuttle Direct going to the airport at 07.11. When the transfer was 20 min late i again called the service desk, after waiting in the phone for 5 min the service desk told me that the driver had oversleept, but that he would be in place in about 20 min. I then asked your service desk if he could promise that , he said he could not. I then told him i get a Taxi by myself from the Hotel.
After another 10 min (07.45) the service desk called me again and said that the driver was in the car now and that he should be there in 15 min, i then told him that i was already in another taxi so i were not in need of any transfers from Shuttle Direct.
Never use this again!
