Mrs L from United KingdomI previously booked and paid the fare for 5 people in full with Resortcare, then was told my booking was no longer valid and I had lost my money. I rebooked through Shuttledirect and was not disappointed with my booking.
Arrived at Alicante and only had to wait about 20 minutes for the journey. Return journey was earlier than I expected.
The day before leaving I received an email confirming time and place of pickup. Usually I would have to ring for confirmation. I will definitely book again.

Mr R from IrelandThere was some sort of mix up with my booking and rather than collecting us on the day we were arriving it was due to collect us 2 days later. Naturally in a panic I messaged them in every way I could as I only realised the night before we were due to leave the mistake. The Facebook team got back to me and were beyond helpful with the situation and said they would contact the team and have it sorted in morning. Before I even woke up thinking I would have to make more calls as the emergency helpline only had Spanish speakers (only negative) I had messages from the Facebook team and emails with new travel vouchers for our transfer. I would definitely recommend this service! Also our driver was lovely and had nice cold bottles of water for us in the car!
