Mr P from CanadaAs it was the first time we went to Rome, it was a bit confusing where to meet the driver. After calling the office, it was quick and a cheap way to have airport / hotel transfer.
I thought FCO was very close to the city but it took over 1 hour to get there. Rome\s traffic was quite bad. We were happy with the service with Shuttle Direct.

Mw. S from Netherlandseen opmerking wil ik wel even plaatsen..we hadden een vlucht om 9.35 uur. we hadden bedacht dat we ruim op tijd zouden zijn als de taxi kwam om 7.30 uur. Het was maar een klein half uurtje rijden naar het vliegveld. Toen het hotel ging bellen zeiden ze dat de taxi om 6 uur ons kwam halen. Na lang overleggen kwamen ze om 7 uur...later kon echt niet. Dat vond ik niet zo mooi en zeker omdat we de vliegtijden in nederland hadden doorgegeven. Verder een goede manier om van vliegveld naar hotel te gaan en andersom. De volgende keer boek ik weer een shuttle Direct.

We had a small problem when contacting the agency, because they change phone number. The friendly receptionist at the hotel is solve it very quickly and efficiently. The driver was very polite and accommodating when we left the hotel and when we got to the airport. Thanks again.
