Sadly the driver was 1hr 10mins late trying to find the hotel. Maybe new to his job? In the end I had to walk 3 mins to a location nearby he could find. It would have been easier for him to call me to discuss this directly as communication was via the office. He did apologise and at least I made it to the airport on time.
