Ms M from United Kingdommyself and family were outside the hotel on the wrong side of the road and the female bus driver got off the bus looking for us and when my son ran across the very busy dual carriageway to enquire if it was our transfer the driver ran across and helped us with all our luggage across the road. Something I feel she did not have to do we also tipped her as we were very stressed out by the situation and her help was invaluable.
