Mr M from United KingdomWe expected a coach or mini bus not a private taxi, we made our way to -2 for our shuttle, checked in and within 2min a gentleman came and took us bk to level 1 he told us he was waiting at arrivals and showed us the board with my name on never looked at the people waiting assumed we were having a minibus/coach journey was smooth a quick brilliant service thank you
