Drivers were impeccably dressed and professional. Helped with luggage and helping my 75yr old mum in and out of the vehicle. Only issue was the drive back to the airport - obviously the driver is an extremely experienced one but we all thought we were on a rollercoaster ride. He drove so fast it was like a white knuckle ride!! Got us there safe and sound tho :)

Het ophalen van het hotel verliep vlekkeloos..hiervoor mijn complimenten.dus wat meer duidelijkheid op vliegvelden waar je moet staan om opgehaald te worden!!

The only comment I would have is that I had to call to change the collection time as the flight was rescheduled and the contact number that was given to us did not work, the drivers number was no use as he spoke no English. Eventually called the out of hours number where I got through and spoke to someone, pls check the numbers that are given out are correct.
