Mr C from United KingdomSince so many people now own properties in the Algarve I think they should be able to give a pick up time from a private residence online rather than us having to call every time. They have the flight information and the address of the place we stay so I dont know why I always have to phone for my pick up time-often at weekends when the office is closed and also I usually end up making more than one call. This could all be done online or tje pick up time could be emailed or texted to the passenger. The phoning every time is most inconvenient.
Pick up time is usually way before my flight so I end up waiting around at the airport for almost 3 hours. This could be improved.

Für die Shuttle-Umbuchung waren 4 Telefonate erforderlich, bis die Änderung im System erfasst war und ich eine Pick-up-time erhielt. Das kann doch sicherlich auch schneller gehen.
Produkt : Fahrer (sehr freundlich!), Fahrzeug, Pünktlichkeit, Zuverlässigkeit - alles stimmte und war bestens!

This was the first time that we have used this type of service. I was very impressed with the simplicity of booking, also with very short notice of when we needed transport. I was even more impressed with the efficiency and the courteous reception at our destination airport ,and then the transport and the driver was far beyond any expectation.
