Ms M from United KingdomOur flight was delayed by about an hour and a half going out, I rang Shuttle Direct and advised no problem and there wasn't. We were met as arranged with our driver and driven direct to the address I had been given in Benidorm but on being met by the apartment owner it transpired that the actual address was further down the road. The driver, having dropped us off drove the mini bus to the correct address and unloaded our luggage. Our pick up was from same address and driver was a few minutes early so no waiting around. Both drivers were very smartly dressed and helpful. I recommend this company and we will be using them again in the future We were a group of 8 ladies and decided to pay the extra and have a direct transfer - very much worth the extra cost. I booked online and found it very easy and straightforward.

Mr M from United KingdomStraight on the bus and quick, picked up right outside the hotel on return, you do need to call to confirm collection the day before. They allowed to drop me off 2 hours before my return flight plus 1 1/2 travelling time (I was the first pick up though).
