Mrs M from United KingdomWe've booked with Shuttle Direct quite a few times now. Excellent service every time! The drivers are always on time (early), smart and professional. They cannot always speak perfect English but always make an effort to be polite, friendly, helpful and communicative. The vehicles are always smart, spacious and well equipped. We have two small children so always require car seats, which are usually provided. Last time we had a slight problem when on arrival only one seat was provided, but this was easily rectified. The problem was down to a paperwork error - my advice would be to always check the paperwork thoroughly and ensure your requirements are clearly stated there before you travel. Overall we are very pleased with the service received from Shuttledirect and will book with them again in the future.
