The drivers were very pleasant and well-dressed and vehicles were lovely and clean. We were greeted on arrival and I also received a text message confirming the driver's name. Same on the return journey. Drivers were waiting for us when we departed our apartment. I will definitely be using Shuttle Direct for all of my transfers in the future. Brilliant service!!
