Für die Shuttle-Umbuchung waren 4 Telefonate erforderlich, bis die Änderung im System erfasst war und ich eine Pick-up-time erhielt. Das kann doch sicherlich auch schneller gehen.
Produkt : Fahrer (sehr freundlich!), Fahrzeug, Pünktlichkeit, Zuverlässigkeit - alles stimmte und war bestens!

This was the first time that we have used this type of service. I was very impressed with the simplicity of booking, also with very short notice of when we needed transport. I was even more impressed with the efficiency and the courteous reception at our destination airport ,and then the transport and the driver was far beyond any expectation. The drivers both ways (Faro - Tavira return) were extremely friendly and very helpful, even insisting on putting our bags in to the coach for us! They both spoke good English and were jolly and chatty throughout our journey.

Ms J from United KingdomI wasn't sure if I was able to give a specific arrival address, so emailed Shuttle Direct, and they answered my query very quickly. Once I started to complete the details for my booking, the place for the address was evident
The agent at the Green Bus stand in the arrivals area was very welcoming and courteous. He introduced me to the driver who took me to Tavira, who was also courteous, as well as being friendly and he was informative about the areas through which we drove.
