The service received was exceptional. Upon arrival the shuttle driver was waiting and ready to take us to our hotel and even contacted our accommodation support on our behalf when we had difficulties gaining access to the hotel. The return driver was ontime and curtious. Excellent service!

Although the flight was delayed by French Air Traffic control, the driver was waiting for us. We received text messages for both transfers with named drivers and everything ran smoothly and on time! Fab!

The driver arrived before the requested time, waited me in front of the door, took my suitcase...and the journey to Roma's airport took 20minutes (early in the morning)...we did not have to pickup anybody else...
