We found the service to be good value for money. We were very relieved on our arrival in Rome to find the contact lady still there waiting for us despite the delay we had in retrieving our luggage (some suitcases had jammed the carousel, so one of ours didn't arrive for about half an hour after most passengers had long gone!)
